It is a real problem, and the more we talk about it, the more we realize how much of an impact it has on the environment. It is estimated that more than one billion people are affected by the food waste crisis. This is caused by a number of factors, but the main one is the lack of a proper infrastructure. There are many solutions to the problem, but they all have their drawbacks.
At Oho, we aim to solve the problem by providing a platform for restaurants and supermarkets to sell their surplus food and promotional items to consumers. This will create a two-sided marketplace that allows retailers to sell their surplus food and promotional items to consumers and consumers to buy these items from retailers.
